"You're welcome to change" This was the word that came out from the Service Consultant, “Chris” that serviced my car last time. This is his attitude after I told him that I’m always be a customer at Miller Honda and I always happy with the services here all the time but not with him. I asked if he got transferred from other department or new to this location. Oh…He is here for 10 years…but his customer service skill doesn’t seem to. I believe that Honda Co. care for your customer and want to keep all you client. Don’t let “Chris” choose or chase customer for Honda.

With the satisfaction and Name loyalty I have with Honda, I recommended friends and family to go with Honda only not Toyota. Because of the Name Trust and rely services. But from this experience, I will give business to where else.

If yhou want great service at this place see John Minor. He is absolutely the best service representative. I've been going to this place for years and I won't talk to anyone but John.
